fix: create offering wallet signer encoding

kyle requested to merge fix/create-offering-signer-encoding into main

Summary

Creating a service offering on subscriptions.akita.community fails at sign time:

Failed to create offering: RangeError: Extra 211 of 212 byte(s) found at buffer[1]

useCreateService → SubscriptionsSDK.newService → composer group.send() calls our defaultSigner. That signer used AlgoKit utils10 encodeTransaction bytes, then @txnlab/use-wallet processEncodedTxns decoded them as algosdk unsigned txns.

Fix

Convert utils10 transactions to algosdk unsigned-txn bytes (encodeTransactionRaw → decodeUnsignedTransaction → encodeUnsignedTransaction) before signTransactions. Same bridge the SDK uses in wrapUtils10Signer.

Test plan

  • Connect a wallet on subscriptions.akita.community (or this MR preview)
  • Create a service offering
  • Wallet prompt appears and the offering is created (no Extra N of M byte(s) error)
  • Subscribe / other signed flows still work
