fix: offering cards, .algo suffix, and NFD avatar wash

Summary

  • Show .algo on creator names/handles
  • Hide the fake gradient + Akita logo when an offering has no banner
  • Render markdown on offering cards (bold/links)
  • Homepage/creator header uses a blurred NFD avatar when there is no banner

Test plan

  • Nodely Unlimited card: no yellow/cyan Akita banner, markdown renders
  • Creator cards and profile show @name.algo
  • Homepage creator card wash matches the NFD avatar when there is no banner
